Common Roots LLC carries forward a legacy of disability services in the Pikes Peak region that began in 1982.
While our services have evolved over time, our commitment remains the same: providing reliable Residential support, Employment services, and Supported Community Connections day programs.

Residential
Services
HCBS-DD residential services in host home and independent living settings that include a service coordinator and registered nurse.
Employment
Services
Employment Consultants provide professional and supportive assistance in seeking employment, based on the person’s preferences, strengths, and abilities.
Support Community Connection Services
Staff find activities that focus on developing relationships, community integration, staying active, and giving back to the community through volunteering.
Why Common Roots?
The name Common Roots was inspired by one of Colorado’s most remarkable trees—the aspen.
Aspen trees may appear to stand as individual trees, but beneath the surface, they are connected through an extensive shared root system. What looks like a collection of individual trees is actually one interconnected community, supporting and strengthening one another.
We saw a beautiful connection between the aspen and the people we support.
At Common Roots, we believe that everyone has a place and a role in their community. Each person is an individual, with their own strengths, interests, dreams, and goals, while also being connected to the people and community around them. When we create strong connections and support one another, everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
Our love for Colorado and its outdoors made the aspen an especially meaningful inspiration. Common Roots represents our belief that we are stronger when we are connected—and that everyone deserves to belong.
