Common Roots LLC is an organization committed to supporting people with disabilities living and working in the Pikes Peak region. The focus of Common Roots has been to assist individuals with achieving a true person-centered life.
Since 1982 the agency has provided a wide range of residential services that promote independence and expanded to offer employment services in 1997. Beginning in 2020 Common Roots now offers Supported Community Connector day program services. Common Roots formally known as Community Outreach, Inc. is committed to providing reliable long term supports and services to individuals in the Pikes Peak Region.
Residential Services & Support
HCBS-DD residential services in host home and independent living settings that include a service coordinator and registered nurse.
Employment Services
Employment Consultants provide professional and supportive assistance in seeking employment, based on the person’s preferences, strengths, and abilities.
Support Community Connection Services
activities focus on developing relationships, community integration, staying active, and giving back to the community through volunteering.
